We're always happy to hear from our customers if you have a question, a problem, or if you just want to talk about using our software you can send us an email at any time. If you're not a customer yet but are having problems with our free trial, please don't hesitate to send us an email.

In order to obtain your answer faster please make sure that you provided all information necessary to us to identify and solve your problem. Posting a support ticket like "my software is not working" will not be very helpful to our support team. Please provide at least:

• product name and version
• platform you are using (for example Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit)
• the exact error message or screenshot of the error
• what you did at the moment when the error appeared

Feature requests

If you want a specific feature implemented please don't hesitate to contact us. Our software was built on feedback received from users. Your opinion will not be ignored!
