Any information collected will be used only by TriconSoft to improve our products, services and website, or to communicate with you by e-mail. TriconSoft uses such information for internal purposes only. We don't spam.
When you purchase software from us, your billing information are handled by our trusted order processing partners. They will not share your billing information with us. We only receive and record information about your identity (name and email address) so that if you need customer support later we can confirm you are a customer. We promise to keep this information strictly confidential.
The law makes possible for each customer (in most countries) to place a refund request for a product that present defects or it is something else than advertised. However, the trial products (products that can be tested before purchase) do not fall into this category.
We offer a refund if one of the following conditions applies:
1. broken or undelivered license code
2. accidental (unjustified) charges
3. products that cannot be tested before purchase (see note below)
Note: If the user had a chance to test the product before purchase (for example the product has a trial, limited or demo version) then he had a fair chance to trial our product before purchasing it.
A refund will be granted within 10 days from the date of purchase. If you want to apply for a refund please send us a refund request via e-mail. Refunds are given in the same form of payment originally used for purchase.
By purchasing our software, you confirm that:
a) you agree with its actual state of functionality;
b) you have tested the product before purchase;
c) it is suitable to your needs and therefore the purchase is definitive.
The software described on this Web site is governed by the TriconSoft License Agreement.
